Joe’s a great coach, the class had all the fundamentals, fight psychology, conditioning elements that you would expect from a proper boxing place. if I’m nitpicking, the gym could be cleaner, other than that, everything else was top notch. I’d love to train here again.

Il a su parfaitement s’adapter à mon niveau de grande débutante et prendre le temps de m’expliquer chaque mouvement avec beaucoup de clarté. Nous avons pu découvrir énormément de choses en un seul cours, ce qui m’a vraiment permis d’avoir un excellent aperçu de cette discipline. Je suis très satisfaite de cette première expérience et j’ai hâte de revenir pour continuer mon apprentissage ! Je recommande vivement ce cours, aussi bien aux débutants qu’aux personnes plus expérimentées.
