She is a teacher that trains teachers and I consider the chance to practice with her as both a teacher and a student a true privilege.

Her classes are slower paced but challenging nonetheless, focusing on building a strong foundation and right technique. We always start with amazing grounding and nervous system regulation techniques using breath-work and movement. However I enter the class I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready for the day ahead. She’s a kind and intuitive instructor with a joyful and contagious energy. She suggests great adaptations for each one of the people based on their individual conditions, and everybody finishes the classes feeling relaxed and light, not worsening any pre-condition we may have. I have several hernias that I'm treating, and I always feel an improvement after her classes - Not an easy feat!

On est en petit comité, le professeur prend le temps d'expliquer et à venir rectifier les postures. On sent vraiment la différence après l'exécution des postures si on prend le temps de bien faire.
