alle beoordelingen weergevenLOVE his playlist!! This CycleBar location is better than some others I’ve been to. Multiple bathrooms and showers, bikes are spaced out better and not crammed in, staff was very friendly, and they didn’t charge for shoes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenBelle was a great instructor! She makes it look so easy and really makes an effort for all skill levels to be included. Her choreography is challenging so I can’t really keep up but I never feel judged. She gives modifications too..

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class is fast paced but I like how the class is small, so it is easy to follow the instructor and you can go at your own pace. Definitely felt the stretches right away. The weights and mats are provided. Recommend this place 🙂!!

The entire class welcome me with open arms and kept an eye on me the entire time to make sure I was okay. The class was engaging and challenging but not impossible. I will be back every Monday and Wednesday. To improve on my stamina!
