alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a good workout. I loved how slow & intentional all the movements were. Also the instructor was so sweet & was walking around checking forms. It would be great if it was a little less hot, it was 102 in there. Also her playlist was fire, maybe it could be a louder.

Even though this is clearly a non-conventional offering in a brewery (exactly what I signed up for), she still helped me find my zen and I got way more zen benefits than I expected going into it. Such a fun class and experience! She led us through a great flow!
