After class there was coffee and pastries. Out of all the studios I’ve been to in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale this one is the best!

If you’re new to the class, I recommend trying to arrive a few minutes in advance to get settled - find shoes, locate the studio area, setup the bike, etc. I did not…so I didn’t get much help with those things (my fault). I think the ride would have felt more comfortable for me if I would have arrived early.
