Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.

He keeps the session fun and lively, is very detailed and thorough with his instruction and review, gives very helpful tips and adjustments, and is always positive and supportive. He’s a big reason why I’ll be joining this gym as a member soon. Great experience for brand new beginners and more seasoned boxers alike.
