Monitors air flow throughout class, cracks a window if need be, provides moments for wipe down/water and consistent counting - the things I value most in a pilates class!!! alle beoordelingen weergevenHalf the class was spent telling us about an upcoming trip to ball. Maybe about 25 minutes of guided movement. Good for light exercise but you won’t get a Pilates burn in this space. HIIT and circuit classes here are amazing however

A very intimate class size meant that I got a lot of tailored corrections, and I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud.
