alle beoordelingen weergevenMy first time, and got to say that it felt like a proper functional strength training class and a proper ride class at the same time, with 23 minutes-ish dedicated time for each with only one switch. Having tried Run and the usual ignite class, I think this one was definitely my favorite, with good strength exercises that push you. Starting out with the strength training really gets the heart pumping for the ride, so I’d recommend starting there if this is what you’re looking for.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was a fun class! So thrilled to find a bounce class while visiting Oslo. It was mostly taught in Norwegian, but easy to follow along. Great music and the instructor was entertaining and challenging. The studio is clean and bright and easy to find. Plus good shopping and a smoothie bar around the corner!

Timen var variert og utfordrende på en måte som virkelig gjorde godt for kroppen. Gjennom dynamiske og funksjonelle bevegelser fikk vi jobbet med mobilitet i hele kroppen, noe som kjennes både styrkende og frigjørende. Perfekt for å bedre bevegelighet, forebygge skader og øke velvære. Absolutt anbefalt for alle som ønsker en sterkere, mer bevegelig kropp!

I feel relaxed and a bit more flexible after each class. What could be improved, that’s a temperature inside the studio. The last few times I’ve been there, it’s been too cold. Probably, some additional heating would make it more comfortable.

Super cosy and warming set-up, with a mini facial massage 😍 Unfortunately i was a bit sick and had to leave the class 5min after the yoga nidra started and I am so so so sad about that, because it was already incredible, strong meditative imagery and deeeeeep relaxation. I wish I could have gone through with it.
