    Great class, great instructor. intense, if you're out of shape or haven't had much gym experience it might be tough. it's cross fit, so very fast paced. the instructor did a great job at ensuring people had the right form, but it's recommended to know a few exercises beforehand.

    This was a really fun, upbeat class that was also intense at times and a really great workout. We worked arms, legs, abs, and did a lot of cardio of course. You’ll definitely work up a sweat, especially because it was really hot in the room. It’d be great if A/C could be added. Otherwise, everything was provided, including towels, weights, and mats. Even though the previous location was a bit nicer and cooler, I still had a great time.

    Easy gym session! I thought it was clean, good locker room, easy to get on a machine, good treadmills and lots of different options. I do wish they had more space open for mats and free weights. I recommend if you’re in the area, and I would come back!

    STUDIO Basic Ballet Body

    The studio was spacious, and the class size was smaller and more intimate, so you're able to focus more on the proper techniques and moves being taught. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners
