She created a very welcoming, judgment-free environment that made me feel comfortable from the start. The music was great, and she explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Whenever anyone needed help, she was always there to offer guidance, corrections, and helpful pointers. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking another class with her!

alle beoordelingen weergevenA variety of exercises made the class very fun and engaging. Hannah is a compassionate, caring, demonstrative, and knowledgeable instructor. I have a couple of mobility restrictions, and she kept checking in on me to make sure the exercises worked for me. She offered me modifications to help my limitations, and made my work out highly efficient. I have taken almost 40 classes with numerous instructors, and she's already my favorite! Hoping to take more classes with her whenever I'm in the area. Thank you so much, Hannah! ☺️
