The instructor Andrew was great at making sure I was comfortable with everything & knew what to expect going into the class. The workout was perfect amount of cardio & weights. Andrew was very motivating throughout the entire class. The front desk staff are also lovely as well (sorry I forget their name) & the facility is clean & has great amenities- definitely will be coming back :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love the classes here, Geoff is a great insuctor, he’s not afraid to push you, helps fix your form when it’s off and is very attentive! The exercises push you and challenge yourself, I would say this is not beginner friendly

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor and staff were really nice, and I liked the small class size. MoveStrong was fun and challenging for me personally but I can imagine it’s not for everyone. It’s a more relaxed pace and combines basic workouts and yoga/stretching. :)
