The class mirrored the energy of the transition from day to night - slowing down, and becoming soft. The sound healing at the end was icing on the cake of a wonderful experience 🤍. I had a sinus reaction and a tickle in my throat that persisted with bits of coughing . I almost left because I didn’t want to disturb the session. My neighbor also had the same reaction.
