A lot of the yoga class sequences at Asyteya feel too similar, but Melody has her own style of teaching which I really appreciated. Grounding and centering practice that was so satisfying, will definitely be back!

Katerina is an incredibly talented instructor and helps us connect movement to breath and to our baby at every stage. She also leads a community share at the beginning of class and it’s lead to so many wonderful connections and conversations that I wouldn’t otherwise have with a room full of pregnant women going through the same thing.
