I like that the coaches are encouraging and supportive with questions I have about my form as well as giving me variations for exercises that may be difficult for me.

The instructor was great - she clearly communicated and demonstrated each move and was super encouraging. Other attendees were really kind and supportive too, which made for a really positive environment.

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon.
