Every move really engages your whole body in a way machines or free weights don't. Michelle was an excellent coach. She guided me through the circuit with clear form cues and kept encouraging me to push my limits without ever feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to her, I got a great full-body burn and left feeling stronger and accomplished. The studio has a welcoming vibe, and the class was well-structured. Definitely coming back — highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their strength training in Elmhurst!"

The receptionist was welcoming and my technician, Kim, was kind and helpful. She took her time and care to give me an excellent manicure that lasted about 45 minutes even with regular polish. Would definitely return.

The instructor explained everything clearly — stance, punches, footwork, and defense — with lots of individual feedback. As a total beginner, I felt like I actually learned good form instead of just swinging wildly. Very well structured and worth it. I’ll be signing up for more!
