First time with Angie although I’ve been to Pilates Plus so many times, I think she just usually teaches early morning classes that I don’t do lol. Really got a good work out, she encouraged breaks/doing what you can and really gave great descriptive feedback for proper form. Good class!

The only thing is that it was a little hard to follow some of the cues. I felt like she spoke too fast or too quiet or didn’t explain enough I’m not sure. Otherwise super solid class!!
