alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class should be relatively easy. However, don’t make the same mistake that I did. I wore the wrong gym clothing and felt dizzy as a result. It was cold the past two days so I wore long sleeves and was quite thick, only to attend the class at a relatively warm day.

Class was very small so a lot of 1-1 time which made me feel better! I used loaner gloves so just make sure that you wash up really good when you get home!
