    Everyone was SO kind here. They always are and the space is ultra excepting and supportive. Trainers were tuned in to every step and center, offering motivation and support or weight selections along the way. Also - side note, it’s nice how they bump the music up when we are in our stations, then turn it down a bit as we transition. It helps a lot with the motivation and the music is fire! My only suggestion is maybe a few lighter (just by a few pounds) options for things like shoulders - our smallest muscle groups. 10 pounds as a base is sometimes too challenging for me 😭😭😭

    I liked the location and the cleanliness of the facility. This is for an advanced fitness experience for sure. Be ready to work. The instructor is kind and very helpful. I only give a 4/5 because I want to know before I go what we will do and for me it was too much cardio and not enough weights. But many like that … I like to lift heavy and move slower. I am 54 and consider myself very fit. I would try another class though that was not full body to see the difference.
