She gives clear, easy-to-follow instructions and pays great attention to technique, making the class both challenging and enjoyable. I wish they make her permanent here!! she started the class slow with basics and made it intense but achievable for everyone. she was fantastic and I really really wish they bring her back soon.

The motivation and expertise she brings to every class is unmatched - this was especially obvious the last two weeks while she was on holidays. No other instructor came close to her levels of energy and skill. I have always struggled to stay consistent with my Pilates practice but since Eloise took over this Saturday morning class back in January I haven’t missed a single week! I give her full credit for my own progress and confidence she has built in me and everyone else that attends her classes.

I love her calm demeanor and that she is not shy of giving adjustments. If you want a well-prepared, professional class, this is for you.
