The only personal note I’d add is that at times the voice felt a bit loud for me and I tend to stay more focused with a slightly softer tone, even though I understand the intention was to motivate the group.

She's always very attentive, and her classes are challenging to help you improve (but with the regular reminders to listen to your own body and ignore peer pressure).

I love her calm demeanor and that she is not shy of giving adjustments. If you want a well-prepared, professional class, this is for you.
