alle beoordelingen weergevenNiyha was an amazing instructor! It was a great balance of core strengthening and stretching. She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

As a first timer I wasn’t given any instructions on where to go, place my items or where the toilet is etc. Otherwise good - class started on time and was a lovely experience thank you.

Definitely made the experience less intimidating. The studio also has shower amenities, which is a huge plus after class. Note to self for next time: bring electrolytes. I'll definitely be back.

The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
