Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. As a beginner, it wasn’t that bad. There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍
