The music created an amazing atmosphere, but what truly stood out was Lynn’s coaching. Her voice and energy, and encouragement were genuinely inspiring and kept me pushing through every interval. I left feeling energized, and already looking forward to taking another class with her. Highly recommend! 🔥

Sandra was amazing, constantly walking around the room, correcting posture and form where needed, fully engaged with the class. I'm relatively new to Reformer and she made me feel very comfortable.

Definitely made the experience less intimidating. The studio also has shower amenities, which is a huge plus after class. Note to self for next time: bring electrolytes. I'll definitely be back.

The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.

I was the only person in the class, so she took the time to guide me through every movement, correct my posture, and explain the proper form in detail. She also adjusted the exercises based on my strength level, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
