She guides, motivates, and gives helpful feedback throughout. You can tell the trainers are highly professional, experienced, and internationally qualified, which makes every session really good . And as a bonus, they have the best coffee, expertly made by Oscar! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great training, an amazing atmosphere, and fantastic coffee.

It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.

She was attentive to my injuries, at the same time pushed me a bit beyond my comfort level. The best reformer class I have done! The studio is beautiful and clean, the coffee is the cherry on top! The lady at reception is super helpful and friendly.

The workout was challenging whilst incredibly well planned, the music was engaging and motivating, Samantha’s coaching style is absolutely on point. She gave clear and precise instructions, well distributed between floor and treadmill, spacing up the cues, and also engaging with us making us feel part of the class. I will come back for sure!
