I really love how he focuses on proper posture and breathing -it makes even simple movements feel way more intense (in a good way). He explains which muscles to engage and uses cues like “imagine you’re against a wall” or “holding a cup of coffee,” which really helped me fix my form. His smooth, clear instructions and the way he demonstrates the correct form are really impressive. Even the stretch at the end was amazing—I could really feel it with just the yellow spring, especially with his posture corrections. Plus, the new movements kept things exciting. Definitely looking forward to more sessions!
