Be aware not to push too fast and hard if you are the first timer and no food at least 1.5-2 hours before class. I have a good sweat. Feel super great after class. Definitely come back!

However my only feedback would be that there was a lot of people recording themselves and even with tripods of which people were in the background of it. I don’t think this is appropriate for a hot yoga class it’s a massive invasion of privacy. This has put me off wanting to go back to this class

Jay is amazing! He gently walked us through each movement and kept being encouraging throughout the entire class. Kudos to Jay! Will definitely book this again and try TRX next time.
