As a first timer I wasn’t given any instructions on where to go, place my items or where the toilet is etc. Otherwise good - class started on time and was a lovely experience thank you.

Even though there were only two students in the class, she created such a fun and lively atmosphere. The movements were easy to follow but still challenging enough to keep it interesting. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

The instructor was nice, and she made sure to respect everyone’s needs in the class, from beginners, to those with injuries to more advanced students. She walked around the whole time helping with adjustments and corrections, which I really appreciated as a beginner. I felt she was motivating but did not push us too far.

The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
