Nick is a great instructor. He has great cues and is intentional with his time on the mic, great motivation. Definitely coming back.

I enjoyed that the focus was weight lifting with a proper warm up, time with the movements and minimal cardio instead of a coach yelling at you 30 seconds of bicep curls in to 30 seconds of burpees and you’re so disoriented that you barely get any time in the movements (hiii I come to a weight class to lift not do cardio lol) Everybody was so nice and welcoming and I had a great work out! I loved this class and will def be back! Coach Kara had great energy and was super kind
