The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. I used the inversion table for a few minutes before moving onto and falling asleep in the Higher Dose sauna blanket, then finished with the Normatec hip attachment. Even though I booked an hour, I immediately wished it was longer and am planning to rebook soon. One of the owners, Jodi (or Jody?), was helping me and was awesome. Definitely recommend.
