I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation. I was challenged (and dripping sweat) the entire way through, but not gassing out/bored at any point. Sam always finds a way to include Chinese medicine into the beginning of the session which really relaxes you for what’s to come. Her poses are intentional and great for waking up muscles you likely don’t stretch enough. Sitting in these poses for longer period of times (purpose of yin) also offers opportunities to practice your breathing which is something I struggle with. 10/10 would take again.
