She guides me through the exercises and really boosts my confidence through her engagement with me in class! I live in Lakewood but I travel to Aurora just because of the feeling I get in this class! 10/10

The teachers tend to be less intense/loud than many Lagree places around town, which was irritating at first, but I’ve learned that the classes end up being much harder and more specific than “cheerleading” through a class. I leave exhausted and inspired, come back sore and ready for a challenge. 1000 you should come to this beautiful, serene (?! For lagree! But it’s true!) studio.

He gave lots of modifications for everyone which was great. Also the first class I’ve had where I’ve used almost every prop 😂. 10/10 would definitely come back again!
