We did a really interesting and challenging mobility flow that gave the option for side crow, grass hopper pose, and forearm stand. It was a nice change of pace from the classic Corepower C2 flow that always feels the same. It’s an intimate studio, the light coming in the morning was really nice. Enjoyed it!

alle beoordelingen weergevenCeleste is wonderful. so welcoming and warm. her voice and the way she leads class is beautiful for yin practice (but I'm sure she's great in other styles). tonight I entered with a clouded mind and stiff body from traveling. I left more at peace than I have been in weeks and my body feeling more grounded. so grateful.

Ohana Yoga + Barre is a very comfortable and nice place with everything you need for a pleasant experience. I hope to come back soon.

I went to Breathe yesterday and it was truly amazing! I was able to stretch and Danielle did some hands-on adjustments to make my stretches more glorious. Then, the mediation was definitely what I needed before I ran off to work.
