After becoming a mom, rebuilding my strength has been both physical and emotional. Laura Jean’s classes are where I feel most empowered to trust my body again and keep challenging myself. Every class leaves me feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Cat creates a space that is incredibly welcoming, grounded, and authentic. Her guidance is thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply impactful. This is so much more than a yoga class—it’s a practice that has genuinely changed how I move through life. If you’re looking for healing, connection, and a truly transformative experience, I can’t recommend her enough.

Overall, this Deep Stretch Restorative Nidra class was perfect for my mom. She enjoyed Suzi class and I did as well. I was proud of my mom. Thank you Suzi. for helping my mama feel comfortable even when it can be hard for them to even arrive 🤍

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was great! Jeanne was very encouraging and led a practice that was both very accessible to folks and had a lot of opportunity to find more of a challenge. Emphasis on intentionality and connecting breath, but no spiritual/energetic aspect at all, nor actual breathwork — which I like to have, but understand some don’t. Not a repetitive flow really, but very natural transitions and a good balance of asanas. Very welcoming/community atmosphere, the women next to me went out of their way to introduce themselves and connect after class. All sorts of folks in the class at all ability levels! Looking forward to the next time I’m in the area to come by

She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind.
