I always get lost with those because they put the instructions in small bad hand writing at the front center of the room where you have to step over people to look at it. If you’re going to do AMRAPS how about getting a projector? Or writing it down in bigger better lettering in 3 places in the room? Also the music was very loud but earplugs made it okay. Beyond that, good class.
