alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed her class. She played music without words so closer to traditional yoga than not, leaving my mind more able to move to a non thought present moment state. The asana was fairly well sequenced with ample opportunity for challenge.

I liked that she had a theme (transforming anger), which continued during yin poses and not just for journal prompts
