alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was such a lovely flow✨ it was all levels friendly and Taelek was so intentional about providing not just movement but spiritual practice/education too. The elements were elementing (ie it was really windy) but that was of no fault to anyone but Mother Nature and is to be expected with an outdoor class lol. I will definitely come back (especially on a sunny, warm day)

Alyssa was super kind and guided me every step of the way, cheering every big or small achievement. She even helped me take a picture when I finally nailed my first pose! Super recommend for everyone

It’s a mix of slow flow, qigong movements, and longer held poses. You will feel stronger and calmer after this class. The room is dimly lit with mood lights which made it very easy to drop in to the practice.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWonderful class! I would recommend for all levels including beginner. I was initially hesitant to book because I’m a beginner and didn’t feel like the class was overwhelming or outside my skill level. Definitely will be adding it as a regular class for myself.
