alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was a super cool experience, however if you are light or sound sensitive, just be aware. I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved Ivy’s class, her sequencing of the movements was very smooth and understandable for the brain. The movements connected in a way that was original, but still predictable enough that I didn’t need to constantly pay full attention but could flow instead.

Ich fände es sehr viel angenehmer, wenn es ein paar Personen weniger wären und man dafür mehr Raum für sich und die eigene Praxis hat.

Trine (Pilates instructor) was really helpful with small modifications and great instructions. It was a beautiful, bright studio with grounding colors, raw wooden floors, and white linen drapes. 🪵🤍

It was my first time doing tabata-based pilates and it was challenging, energetic, fun and addictive. The participants were also friendly and supportive during the class.
