So good! This was my first tone class and it was definitely unfamiliar territory. Regardless, it was a fun challenge that I will be back for! We used lots of props: the bungee, bar, and tan (light weight) ball. I have small hands so it’s hard to get a grip on the ball during some of the exercises. I wish they offered more tone classes. thanks Mary Kate for a great class :)
