Strictly based on the class itself, I gave it 5 stars - however feedback that I do want to leave is that class started 9 minutes late. I work remote and that extra nine minutes is the difference that it makes for me to be late or on time for my meeting. I would just think a studio that is so strict with not letting people into class once it’s past the 5 minute mark would practice what they preach. Totally understand stuff happens, which is why I didn’t vote it less stars, but just something to be considerate of for your students.

It was not a Hatha or vinyasa class, more like a yin with a short warmup just didn’t hold stretches 5 minutes like a yin so we got a nice amount of variety for an hour class. The whole concept is so different from anything I’ve done before— the suits really add a challenge and make your muscles constantly work. The space was inviting and super clean, I got a nice intro to the studio including the red light therapy spaces in the back. They say to arrive 30 minutes before your first session, but I definitely felt that was excessive, especially for the first class of the day— they were barely getting opened up and I spent 20 of those 30 minutes just wandering and chatting with the employees, just needed 10 minutes to get suited up and oriented with no one else around. All around I’d recommend, it’s a solid workout for such a short class.
