Katie has a unique way of blending challenging physical poses with therapeutic and body-friendly elements, making every class both invigorating and deeply nourishing. I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and grateful for the mindful practice. Highly recommend!

alle beoordelingen weergeven10/10!!!! Fred was welcoming and so easy to follow , so thorough in explaining/ showing each move but didn’t slow the class down one bit. Made me forget it was 5:30 in the morning lol. Full body workout , full body sweat. Can’t wait for next class !

I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!
