She is one of the easiest instructors to follow (sometimes instructors go really fast, or don’t show moves and I get lost) but I can always keep up with her and love that she gives modifications and advancements. alle beoordelingen weergevenI was a little worried about a treadmill class (55 mins running on a treadmill sounds miserable), BUT the time passes so quickly. You are constantly moving your pace and incline around. I also took a hybrid class so we had some weight lifting incorporated. The studio did a great job showing how the machines worked and the structure of the class.
