The manicurist left before my appointment time was even done. However, I spoke to the manager at the front desk and showed her my nails. She apologized and said I could come back, and they would fix it. I appreciated her willingness to make it right. Even though I had a not so great visit, the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

I feel like I understand my hair better than I ever have, and she really went in depth explaining what I could be doing better, giving me a tour of the area, and asking great questions about the products I’m using, etc. I will absolutely be returning here!!!

Her massage was SO in depth, she took years of stress off 😂 my french tips came out perfect, I was scared due to bad experiences with almost every other salon in Plano but this gonna be my go-to.
