Loved this class the workout was full body but in clusters so arms, abs, and legs with glutes. I will be back for another round. Beastmode was amazing you should try it and watch your body transform into your goal weight and look.

That always made the hassle of going downtown worth it. Would also be nice to have spray bottles around for cleaning the machines, instead of only dry paper towels.
