Front desk were extremely welcoming and even suggested I do some treadmill as I’d arrived early. This was a very kind gesture thank you! Overall great experience.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe training was great. The movements were not "complicated" but they were very effective! I consider it as a class similar to a pilates class partially with weight. The movements were different from those I am familiar with in many other pilates classes, but they are also good and effective ones. You feel your muscles working while you can easily manage all the movements. Considering it was mentioned by some other visitors that it is difficult to find the location, I have to say that it was very easy for me to find the sport center with Google maps, the man at the sport shop at the entrance was also very friendly and helpful- he told me where I can find the classroom since there are many different sport classes/rooms at the center. The class does feel very "local" and "Austria": The trainer speaks German (I'm unsure about the use of English there). Most participants were from the neighborhood and the coach does not use a computer for "checking in", but it doesn't matter to me. I liked the training, I would visit it more often if it is close to my place.
