I'd forgotten the description said the second part of the class was nidra, so ended up opting out. (Knee issues and recovering from flu meant I was looking for something gentler.) I wish I'd remembered in time that the class would be slowing down.

I’ve not done strength training for around six months due to life getting in the way, so naturally I was hesitant about a strength class. However, by the end of the session I feel stronger, more confident, and ready to return back to a regular strength routine. Thanks Rex!
