However, other clients were constantly taking photos of themselves in the changing room and studio mirrors which was very distracting- I’d prefer a no phones policy like other studios have.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLovely and zen studio, and I’d love to go back! The instructor for yin yoga was Fantastic. The class started with a guided meditation to get into the flow, followed by practice. It had been a few years since I stepped onto a yoga mat and loved the feeling of the poses, the music, the instructor’s soothing voice and clear explanations. Highly recommend

alle beoordelingen weergevenEasy to find, near to several tubes on several lines. Welcoming and enthusiastic happy, motivated front desk staff. Immaculate changing rooms. Lots of machines and good size overall. Easy to see why ClassPass gave them a gold star. I went off peak at 1pm as I like it quiet and it was perfect.

alle beoordelingen weergevenDecent class and moderately challenging pace. I was put off this studio by the old reviews of hygiene but that doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore - mats were clean and there was spray. Room was warm, which I liked. Will try out their hot yoga soon.
