Rodolfo pushes you in a way that feels clear, intentional, and easy to respond to, and I found myself locking into the flow right away. All the other coaches are just as present, always there to assist, guide, and keep you moving with real attention. It’s a very raw, real gym with no amateur BS. Everyone is there to work, and that atmosphere makes you rise to it. I loved the combinations, the pacing, and the hands-on coaching throughout. I left feeling challenged, grounded, and fully satisfied. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.
