It is new movement so it ofc will take some adjustments and working on isolations to see progress however I will definitely return. They do not teach or break down specific techniques or isolations but it was fun.

Leaving the studio my hands were quite red and throbbing but the happiness and confidence I felt, overshadowed any physical discomfort.
