I am excited to come back to this place, it’s very versatile with a grass area, boxing classes, weights, Pilates. It’s also located in a nice area, convenient as a UM student with great parking !! 10/10 experience

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved the set up of this no-gi jiu jitsu class. It was unlike any I’ve ever tried. Instead of drilling we played game based tasks with defined goals. Coach keanoush was really knowledgeable and and made the techniques easy to understand. It was a fun, unique way to improve skills!
