She’s got a direct style but it makes me really want to get my form right and focus. Getting the most out of pilates is all about breath and control and FOCUS!

This class was less hot compared to candle lit but not sure if that was intentional or due to fewer people in class today. The way the instructor does the class is different from the other instructor too. In this class I think we held the poses longer and the music was different. I love both so try both and see which one you like more!

The studio was welcoming and there were two lovely professionals to receive me and other folks. The receptionists explained the dynamic for me and actually walked me into the workout studio. The teacher welcomed me by name beforehand as well and walked in with us, too. Sean was encouraging, a true teacher, and helped us all throughout the class.

I first started doing the training during the pandemic and became obsessed did the virtual training for a bit before stopping. Now I do a combination or other trainings but when I saw this class on ClassPass I knew i had to make it to class. I loved every minute, every sweat, the environment and the training. The class is tough if you have ever done hitt or like cardio just beware it will kick your butt but so worth it!

When the class started and there was music, I was pleased to know the instructor wasn’t going to use a microphone and that I could hear him without difficulty. The sequence was intentional and the level of difficulty was suitable. Will was a fantastic instructor. I’ll be attending again.

It was my first serendipitous class with him, but not the last coming from a true group class addict that says A LOT. 5 STAR A++

He knew exactly what I wanted, and was even kind enough to set my hair in rollers so that I could keep my style until I got to my photo shoot. His shampoo skills are amazing, he gave a wonderful and relaxing head massage. The salon itself is located in a quaint old Coral Gables building just below the famous dance studio on Ponce de Leon Boulevard. If you’re in need of a blow dry, I would highly recommend Kevin and his services.
