It’s impressive how I have noticed my body respecting new breathing rhythms on a daily basis. An amazing class with rhythm and precision where you feel humanity, respect and the full body working with new muscles you haven’t noticed before.

alle beoordelingen weergevenIndbydende omgivelser og også hyggeligt med caféen. En lærerig oplevelse, der gav en ro og god energi for dag. Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig og gav en balance imellem guidance og frirum for justeringer efter eget behov. Dejligt, at der var variation iblandt deltagende, der gav en følelse af, at alle er velkommen. Også dejligt, at man kunne låne alt udstyr og hjælpsomme mennesker omkring, når man er ny til stedet!
