Mia at the front showed me around and showed me the rooms and machines, and Kylie was great at helping me throughout the workout. I was nervous going into it since it was my first class, but everyone was welcoming and the workout was great!

alle beoordelingen weergevenHailey was wonderful, gave clear instructions. I liked how the class over time became more dim and then the color changes towards the end. The cool wash cloth placement was also an amazing way to end the class. The temperature was hot but not too much to handle, I liked that breaks were encouraged if we needed to. she also gave alternatives to some of the poses which was helpful! Overall a great experience !

I’ve been to a few classes at this studio now so the pace of the class felt manageable & her instructions were clear. I loved that she prompted a tripod setup for the class, allowed time for us to practice and just embrace the movement. Overall, the experience was awesome!!

Instructor is great. this is a bikram sequence (which is exactly my preference). 90 minutes is challenging, but doable. Room size is great and room is nice and hot (not lukewarm). The instructor also has a cutie pie dog that hangs around some days. Will return if/when I’m back in town.
